About the Supplier
MSCS PrimeGoods, Inc. (MSCS) is a distributor and sub-distributor of imported and local food, and other consumer goods in the Philippines. MSCS was established in May 2015 as a family-owned company.
MSCS distributes its wide range of products including Silver Swan Sauces initially in the Foodservice such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, commissaries, canteens, schools, bakeshops, etc. MSCS currently serves its customers in Metro Manila as well as certain parts of Bulacan, Cavite (including Tagaytay), Laguna, and Rizal provinces.
On September 3, 2018, MSCS opens its first branch in Cebu to expand its market and distribution channel. 5S Distributors, Inc. ("5S Distributors" or "5SDI"), is a foodservice distributor in the Philippines based in Cebu. 5S Distributors is formerly known as MSCS PrimeGoods, Inc. (MSCS) Cebu Branch which opened on September 3, 2018. It became a subsidiary of MSCS effective on April 11, 2023.
On September 3, 2018, MSCS opened its first branch in Cebu now 5S Distributors, Inc. (5SDI), a subsidiary company to expand the market and distribution channel. 5SDI also directly serves its customers in Bohol, Dumaguete, Iloilo, and Bacolod, among others. On August 12, 2024, 5SDI formally opened its first branch in La Paz, Iloilo City.
On February 8, 2025, the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission approved the registration of Prime Choice Distributors, Inc. ("Prime Choice"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MSCS. Prime Choice will primarily serve our Central Luzon customers including but not limited to Pampanga, Bulacan, Bataan, Zambales, Nueva Ecija, and Tarlac.
