ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT
ASSOCIATE
This role involves managing existing clients, generating new sales leads, providing customer support, maintaining records, resolving issues, prospecting potential customers, and collaborating with internal and external teams.
HR/ADMIN ASSISTANT
This position encompasses maintaining employee records, facilitating the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, assisting in performance evaluations, and acting as a liaison between employees and the HR department.
CREDIT & COLLECTION ASSISTANT
This role oversees accounts receivable collections, resolves billing discrepancies, and minimizes overdue accounts. Reporting to the accounting supervisor or finance head, it focuses on efficient payment management and resolving billing issues.
